Awesome! At least it could be... Assuming Spielberg doesn't make a mess of it all... A shot-by-shot remake with just updated animations and voiceovers would be perfect...

I can't see him making that much of a mess of it... He's rather good at making films and he says he's a big fan :-)

Though I'm not sure if he'll capture the 'what the hell is going on' aspect of the two films so far :-S

I suppose you're right... I guess I'm just worried that anything animated coming from the US will have that glossy Disneyfied thing going... :/
